MPWR plans to build urban and rural creativity hubs , called IBDA terminals. These projects are aimed to support local and regional creators, from any space.
The Terminal is the first project in the world with the ambition of initiating “Creative Tourism”.
This movement will prove to boost the local economy as well as enhance its creative workforce’s output. The building is at one with nature and conforms to zero-carbon footprint. It constantly engages the visitor as he / she walks through its rings. The building design allows you to orbit around creatives, activities, engagements, retail stores and all the other components listed below through its “interior streets”.
